Admissions decisions are based on many factors and may vary depending upon the grade. The criteria may include the applicant's potential for success in a college preparatory program, academic record, teacher recommendations, student visit, and readiness, but do not include an extrance exam unless deemed needed.
Office hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Student drop off is at 7:30 am to 7:55 am. Students are tardy after 8:00 am.
Pick up begins at 3:00 pm and all students must be picked up by 3:30 pm otherwise they will be sent to aftercare for a fee.
Aftercare runs from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
Students at Excel are required to wear uniforms. Uniform order information is available at http://stores.misspaule.com/excel_christian_academy/shop/home
Parents may purchase breakfast and lunch utilizing our menu app. Students may also bring their lunch to school.
Students in grades K4 - 8th grades must bring lunches that are easy to open and do not require heating up or microwaves. We do not heat up food.
The Extended Day program offers only after-school care each day until 6:00 PM. See Tuition and Fee Schedule for costs. Excel also offers a variety of after-school enrichment activities.
A 10% discount is given for each sibling after the first full tuition is paid. Only the sibling discount or the scholarship applies but not both.

Upon acceptance to Excel Christian Academy, NEW families in K-12 will pay a one-time $500 capital assessment fee for school and facility enhancement expenditures. A one-time payment may be made or may be payable over nine months.
